Particle control design of scheduling automation system

1. Add a double filtration device at the inlet of nitrogen/dry compressed gas in each furnace, and the filtration accuracy of the first layer is ≤ 15μm, = the filtration accuracy of the second layer is ≤5um.

2. The vacuum pump pipeline is equipped with dust filtration to prevent dust from entering the vacuum pump, and cooling water filtration to prevent the cooling pipeline of the vacuum pump from blocking.

3. The fixture positioning adopts non-metallic PPS positioning sleeve to avoid metal friction.
