The special high-insulation ink is sprayed to the surface of the workpiece through the high-precision nozzle, and the ink is cured in the second-level curing device to form a uniform, smooth and flat coating. The thickness is highly controllable, and the printing accuracy can be controlled at plus or minus 10um.
The cured powder coating has excellent electrical insulation performance, excellent adhesion ability with the substrate and high bonding strength, which is more conducive to the structural design engineers of the power battery to realize new battery pack technologies such as large modules, CTC, CTP, etc. The performance parameters of voltage resistance can be greatly improved in the later stage, and repeated charging has little impact on the battery.
