The cured powder coating has excellent electrical insulation performance, excellent adhesion ability with the substrate and high bonding strength, which is more conducive to the structural design engineers of the power battery to realize new battery pack technologies such as large modules, CTC, CTP, etc. The performance parameters of voltage resistance can be greatly improved in the later stage, and repeated charging has little impact on the battery.
